Boating Industry annually profiles the top young leaders in the marine industry who have proven superior among their peers based on their impressive accomplishments and proven promise in the industry.

Wayne Wilson has been Malibu’s Chief Financial Officer since November 2009. Wayne stated, “As I started my career in finance, I yearned for a way to experience the infectious camaraderie that exists within boating,” and he has effectively proven to do just that. Chief Executive Officer, Jack Springer, commented that “shortly after I joined Malibu in 2009, Wayne Wilson joined me as the CFO. He is a brilliant financial mind, but what separates Wayne from so many others is his knowledge and understanding of how a business truly operates, far beyond just the financial area.” This wealth of knowledge has allowed Wayne to help guide Malibu Boats to where it is today as a public company. The entire Malibu team is extremely proud of all that Wayne has accomplished here at Malibu through his hard work and dedication to the company!

Bryant Thomas first joined the Malibu team in March 2012 as a Marketing Coordinator and was quickly promoted and has served as the Athlete Team, Event, and Social Media Manager for the past four years. Chief Executive Officer, Jack Springer, exclaimed that “I have watched Bryant Thomas grow from a young man who we gave a project to in order to see how he would respond, to a professional who not only mastered that first project, but has progressively become more professional and become a fantastic asset to Malibu.” Bryant has created unique and powerful events for Malibu around the world and works hand in hand with many groups including internal departments, our dealer network and team of professional athletes to drive sales and marketing efforts around the world.

It’s no wonder that these two highly esteemed Malibu employees are highlighted on the Boating Industry’s “40 Under 40” list. Way to go Wayne and Bryant!
